Hans Hass was an Austrian actor, voice actor, schlager singer, and later funsport developer, born on September 3, 1946, in Salzburg, Austria. He was the son of the Austrian diving pioneer Hans Hass and an actress. Hans launched his singing career in the 1960s, performing in various theatre and movie roles, and contributed soundtrack music to some of his father's documentary films. However, after his schlager career faltered in the mid-1970s, he relocated to Ibiza, where he developed new interests in yoga and drugs. In the mid-1990s, he recorded a series of ambient music albums focused on higher consciousness. By the late 1990s, he shifted his focus once again, this time to developing funsport ideas. Unfortunately, Hans Hass died by suicide on June 28, 2009, in Munich, Germany.
