Harry South was an English jazz pianist, composer, and arranger, born on 7 September 1929 in Fulham, London, England. He was an influential figure in the British jazz scene, collaborating with many notable artists throughout his career. South passed away on 12 March 1990 in Lambeth, London, at the age of 60. He was also the father of an unnamed individual.
