Helmut Zacharias was a German jazz violinist and composer, born on 20 January 1920 in Berlin, Germany. He began playing the violin at the age of two and made his public debut four years later. After working at the Conservatory, he transitioned to pop music while occasionally exploring jazz. He passed away on 28 February 2002 in Brissago, Switzerland. Helmut was also known by a pseudonym and was the father of children, though their names are not mentioned.
