Help Yourself, affectionately known to their fans as "The Helps," was an English rock band active in the early 1970s. Their musical style evolved from American-flavored country-rock to acid-drenched psychedelia. The band featured key personnel including Malcolm Morley on keyboards, guitar, and vocals, and Richard Treece on guitar, bass, and vocals, both of whom were part of the group from 1970 to 1973 and reunited from 2002 to 2003. Dave Charles contributed drums, percussion, and vocals during the original run, while Ken Whaley played bass in 1970-1971, 1973, and again in 2002-2003. Paul Burton joined as a bassist, guitarist, and vocalist from 1971 to 1973, and Jonathan "Jojo" Glemser and Ernie Graham were involved as guitarists in 1971. Sean Tyla also contributed guitar and vocals in 1972 and 1973. Kevin Spacey played drums during the band's later reunion period in 2002-2003.
