Hidden Agenda is a music duo comprised of brothers Mark and another member, who began releasing records in the mid-1990s. They had been collaborating as a production and mixing team since the early part of the decade. Originally from Hartlepool, Durham, they were based in Gateshead, Tyne and Wear, UK. Mark Goodings passed away in November 2016.
