Hoàng Oanh, born on November 6, 1946, is a Vietnamese singer renowned for her contributions to traditional music. She was born in Mỹ Tho and gained popularity during the 1960s and 1970s, particularly before the Fall of Saigon. After emigrating to the United States, she has continued to be celebrated among the Vietnamese diaspora.
