**Hollywood Brats Bio** Formed in 1971 in London, United Kingdom, the Hollywood Brats were a rock 'n' roll band known for their 50's style cover versions. The core lineup consisted of Andrew Matheson (vocals), Casino Steel (keyboards), Lou Sparks (drums), and Eunan Brady (guitar), with Wayne Manor on bass. Initially, the band operated under the name The Queen but changed it to The Hollywood Brats after realizing another band already held that name. Despite their talent, the band struggled to maintain a consistent bass player following the departure of Roger Cooper in 1973. In that same year, they secured a management deal and were signed to a production company that financed their debut LP. However, after failing to attract interest from record companies, the band was dropped and ultimately disbanded in 1974. Matheson and Casino Steel managed to retain the master tapes of their album, which was later released in Norway under the name "Andrew Matheson & The Brats," although it sold very few copies.
