Horror Charly was a unique character emerging from the notorious Schwabing scene in Munich during the 1970s. He began his vaudeville-type act on the streets, captivating audiences with his eccentric performances that included elements of schlock, nudity, and even appearances in sexploitation films. In the late 1980s, he gained wider recognition as a regular cast member on the "Knoff-Hoff-Show," a popular science program on German public television, where he portrayed an odd professor or mad scientist. He was born in 1937 and passed away around 1990. Notably, most copies of his two vinyl records are signed.
