Hot Cuisine is an English jazz-funk group hailing from Sheffield. The band originally started as a four-piece called Celebration three years prior to their evolution into a six-member ensemble. The lineup includes Godfrey Sharp, Lance Goulbourne, Dave Clayton, Paul Morris, Patricia Wiggins, David Palmer, and Lloyd Richards. Their breakthrough came when they recorded songs with Mick Jackson, known for "Blame It On The Boogie," which garnered interest from Kaleidoscope Records.
