Hot R.S. is a South African disco assemblage known for their recordings in the late '70s, during which they released three albums and one comeback album. The name HOT R.S. stands for House Of The Rising Sun. The group was centered around key producers and featured various session musicians, including singers, a guitarist, a keyboardist, and a drummer. They are recognized for their covers of notable tracks, including the 1964 classic "House Of The Rising Sun" and the 1968 hit "In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida," which they cleverly combined with the 1957 hit "Garden Of Eden."
