Howie B is a British musician, producer, songwriter, remixer, and engineer, born in 1963 in Glasgow, Scotland. He studied psychology at Manchester University and began his career in studios as a tea boy, eventually progressing to tape operator and assistant engineer. He worked for three years as an assistant to a soundtrack composer and provided music for the movie "End of Violence" as well as a short film accompanied by "Music For Babies." Howie B has won numerous awards throughout his career.
