I Marc 4, also known as Marc 4, is an Italian four-member session group renowned for their contributions to soundtrack and library music recordings. The name I Marc 4 derives from the initials of its members: Maurizio Majorana (bass), Antonello Vannucchi (Hammond/piano), Roberto Podio (drums/percussion), and Carlo Pes (guitar). Occasionally, the 'A' in their name represented an Italian soundtrack composer. The group is particularly recognized for their funky Italian soundtrack style and played a significant role in recording many compositions by Armando Travaioli, as well as collaborating with other well-known Italian composers.
