I.G Off & Hazardous, known as The Nicest, were two unsigned New York MCs who emerged in the mid-'90s. They gained recognition among underground radio fans and collaborated with DJ Spinna on the 'Street Serenade' 12", as well as contributing to the Lyricist Lounge LPs and the Beyond Real Experience LP. I.G. Off passed away in 2012.
