InI is a hip-hop group hailing from Mount Vernon, New York, comprising members Rob-O, Marco Polo (also known as Polo Dada or Jolomite), DJ Booda-Khan, Ras (I Love H.I.M.), and Grap Luva, who is Pete Rock's brother. The group signed to Pete Rock's Elektra imprint, "Soul Brother Records," in 1994 and released the 'Fakin' Jax' 12" single. However, after Elektra and Pete parted ways, the group was unable to release their album, "The Life I Live," until 2003 when it was issued by BBE/Rapster. Unfortunately, the BBE version is a bootlegged release with an incorrect tracklist and is mistitled "Center Of Attention." For nearly 30 years, neither physical nor digital versions of their music have been released with the group's consent.
