Innocence was a British R&B and ambient house band active in the early 1990s, fronted by Gee Morris and masterminded by a production team. The group achieved chart success with all eight of their singles reaching the UK charts, six of which made it into the Top 40. Their debut single, "Natural Thing," which sampled Pink Floyd, became their biggest hit, peaking at #16 in the UK. Their first album, "Belief," reached #24 in the UK and #54 in the U.S. R&B charts. The band's second and final album, "Build," did not perform as well, peaking at #66 in the UK and was not released in the U.S.
