**Bio:** International Peoples Gang (IPG) derives its name from a lyric in David Bowie's track "Panic In Detroit," featured on the album *Aladdin Sane*, where he mentions "... the only survivors of the National Peoples Gang." Martyn Watson envisioned the gang as an international entity. The concept of IPG suggests that it is a club individuals are born into, and one must apply to leave rather than join, emphasizing themes of collective consciousness.
