A co-founder of an all-women hip-hop collective called ANOMOLIES, she uses her music to communicate personal experiences and advocate for social change. A pivotal trip to New York City in 1997 connected her with the ANOMOLIES crew, leading her to relocate there the following year. In NYC, she shared stages with notable artists such as The Roots, MC Lyte, and Pharoahe Monch, and contributed to MTV's Lyricist Lounge show. Invincible gained recognition through her verse on the 1999 compilation "Hip Hop for Respect," which addressed police brutality. Despite several labels vying for her, she chose the independent route, earning the title of “Every A&R’s worst nightmare” in a 2002 XXL Magazine feature. After returning
