Ipso Facto was an English rock band formed in London in 2007. The group, which drew influences from goth, pop, garage rock, psych, and post-punk, featured a lineup that included Rosalie Cunningham as the singer, songwriter, and guitarist, Victoria Smith on drums, Cherish Kaya on keyboards, and Samantha Valentine on bass. The band was active until their split in 2009.
