J. Frank Wilson & The Cavaliers was a US musical group that originated in San Angelo, Texas in 1955. They made a move to Memphis in the early 1960s before returning to San Angelo in 1962. The band comprised guitarist Sid Holmes, bassist Lewis Elliott, saxophonist Bob Zeller, and drummer Ray Smith. The lead singer, John Frank Wilson, known as J. Frank Wilson, joined the group after enlisting in the United States Air Force and being stationed at Goodfellow Air Force Base in San Angelo.
