Jack Shaindlin (April 14, 1909 – September 22, 1978) was a composer, conductor, and arranger known for his work in the music industry. He began his career by composing and arranging background tracks for the "March Of Time" newsreels in 1942. Shaindlin, along with his partners and later Cy Langlois, played a pivotal role in creating the first stock music libraries for radio, film, and television, producing some of the most memorable music in show business.
