Jackie Cain was an American jazz singer born on May 22, 1928, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She worked alongside her husband throughout her career. At the age of 14, she boldly approached a visiting bandleader and asked to sing with his group, which led to her performing at every show. Jackie Cain passed away on September 15, 2014, in Montclair, New Jersey.
