Jah Woosh, born on September 16, 1952, in Kingston, Jamaica, was a Jamaican Reggae Deejay/Toaster and record producer, primarily known for his work in the 1970s. Initially part of the duo George and Neville, he recorded a few tunes for Leslie Kong. However, due to a lack of recordings, he left to pursue a solo career and began Deejaying for the "Prince Lloyd sound system" in Tivoli Garden. He made his first recording in 1972. Jah Woosh passed away on February 21, 2011.
