James Taylor Move was an Australian psychedelic pop and progressive rock group formed in 1967 in Adelaide. The original lineup included members on guitar, drums, bass, and lead vocals. In May 1968, the group underwent changes, with a new guitarist joining and another member coming on board to play organ and saxophone. The following month, the lead vocalist left, and a new vocalist was brought in. By the end of 1968, the group had disbanded. Members Tarney, Spencer, and Peek later regrouped with a former guitarist to form another short-lived band.
