Jan and Dean were an American musical duo formed in 1959. They gained popularity during the early 1960s but disbanded in 1966 following Jan Berry's injury. The duo reunited in the early 1970s and continued to perform together until Jan Berry's death on March 26, 2004. Jan Berry was born on April 3, 1941, while Dean Torrence was born on March 10, 1940.
