Jay Harmon is a musician, singer, composer, and arranger from Ohio. He began his musical journey in 1962, initially playing the bass before transitioning to the saxophone and forming his first band during high school at Linden McKinley in Columbus, Ohio. In 1970, he started performing professionally on the saxophone with the popular local band "The Crowd Pleasers." His first commercial recording, a regional hit 45RPM titled "Now It's You & Me," was released in 1978 on Cleveland Unlimited. In 1985, he began performing solo live, taking advantage of new digital technology.
