Jay Randall is a vocalist and electronics artist known for his work with the band Agoraphobic Nosebleed. He also produces noise and soundwork under various aliases, including Seal Team 666, Japanese Torture Comedy Hour, Blotter Acid Eucharist, and Ultracide. Randall is a former member of the band Isis and has collaborated with Old Man Gloom in the past. His label work includes contributions to Grindcore Karaoke and Pro-Noise net labels, as well as 12" labels Blastbeat and Speedboat.
