Jean-Claude Pelletier was a French jazz pianist, composer, arranger, and conductor, born on August 11, 1928, in Joinville le Pont, France. He began his music studies at the Conservatoire National de Musique in Paris at the age of 10, studying piano, music theory, and harmony until 1948. After performing in jazz orchestras, he worked as an arranger for the Columbia label in 1956 and later for Vogue in 1958. Throughout his career, he arranged music for cinema, television, and popular music. Jean-Claude Pelletier passed away on October 8, 1982.
