Jeannette Williams was a soul and jazz vocalist from Columbus, Ohio, born on June 1, 1948. She passed away on March 25, 2022, at the age of 73. Jeannette recorded a single for Tommy Wills' Terry Records in Richmond, Indiana, and later released a series of soul singles in Detroit for the Back Beat label. Throughout her career, she performed with notable musicians and ensembles, including Rusty Bryant, Hank Marr, Bobby Floyd, the Columbus Symphony Orchestra, the Columbus Jazz Orchestra, Mary McClendon, Doc Severinsen, George Benson, and Arturo Sandoval, among others.
