Jessamine was a US American space rock band from Seattle, active from 1994 to 1998. They recorded three albums for Kranky during this period and released several singles through other record labels, which were later compiled in 1997 on "Another Fictionalized History." Their music blended elements of krautrock, shoegaze, drone, space-rock, and experimental electronica. After the band split in 1998, members Ritter and Brown continued to collaborate for a few more years.
