Jesse Anderson was a talented soul and R'n'B singer and songwriter, often referred to as the "Ow-Wow Man." He was born on August 21, 1940, in Paris, Arkansas, USA, and is known for co-writing the blues song "Somebody Loan Me a Dime." Jesse Anderson passed away on July 3, 2014.
