Jessé Garon, born Bruno Julien André Fumard on August 1, 1962, in La Rochelle, France, is a multifaceted French artist, scientist, composer, singer-songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist known for his contributions to blues, country, rock'n'roll, and classical music. He is also a poet, painter, calligrapher, and illuminator. Garon was a researcher of the High Medieval Bible at the EPHE, Sorbonne from 1993 to 2003 and holds a degree in medicinal science, specializing in naturopathy from the Alternative Medicine College of Canada in Montreal, where he studied from February 2002 to March 20, 2006. From 2003 to 2004, he served as the scientific director for Éditions Harnois, now part of Editions Faton. He gained recognition in the music industry in 1983 with notable songs such as "C'est Lundi," which won the 1st prize at the Interpress of French Song in 1984, "Lucky Dom Dom," "Nous Deux" (translated as "With You"), "Le Prince du Rock'n'roll," "Elle n'a pas dit Oui," and "Je Suis un Bohème." His work has been acknowledged in the French newspaper Libération, where he was listed among the ten best songwriters of the last thirty-three years.
