Jesus Lizard is an American noise rock and post-hardcore band that was formed in 1987 in Austin, Texas, emerging from the remnants of a previous group. The band relocated to Chicago, Illinois in 1989. They disbanded in 1999 but reformed between 2008 and 2010, and they have been active again since 2017.
