Jethro Tull is a British rock group formed in Blackpool, Lancashire in 1967. The band, which has won a Grammy Award, is known for its distinctive vocal style and lead flute work by its frontman. Initially, Jethro Tull played blues rock with an experimental flavor, but over the years, they have incorporated elements of classical, folk, ethnic music, jazz, and art rock into their sound.
