Jimmy Pritchett was born on March 26, 1935, in Osceola, Arkansas. He passed away on July 13, 1982, in Memphis. Pritchett made a single record for a Memphis-based label owned by Stan Kesler, featuring the songs "That's The Way I Feel" and "Nothin' In My Mind." He also recorded for Sam Phillips, although those recordings remained unissued until the 1980s.
