Job Karma is an audiovisual project established in Wrocław, Poland, in 1997. The group consists of members Maciej Frett and Aureliusz Pisarzewski, with Arkadiusz Bagiński responsible for visuals. Originating from the post-industrial scene, Job Karma has expanded its musical scope over the years to include dark electronica genres such as ambient, techno, dark wave, and EBM. Critics describe their music as "a movie for your ears," offering a picturesque and expressive experience that serves as an ideal soundtrack for an imaginary film. The group is well-known for their captivating live performances, which blend music with animation and video art. Their work explores the relationship between humans and machines, as well as the slow decay of value systems due to the commercialization of everyday life. Since 2001, Frett and Bagiński have also been organizing the Wrocław Industrial Festival, which showcases contemporary industrial music, culture, and dark electronica.
