Joeski Love is a US hip-hop artist best known for his platinum-selling 1986 single “Pee Wee’s Dance.” The track features a trademark hook based on a key-switched interpolation of “Tequila” and has been sampled numerous times. Joeski Love was originally part of a hip-hop group that was signed to a label distributed by Elektra. After the group disbanded, he continued to work with producer Davis, who produced “Pee Wee’s Dance” as well as another single, “Say Joe” b/w “My Girl.” A chance meeting with a producer led Love to collaborate with Salt-n-Pepa's producer, who assisted him with his 1990 debut album, “Joe Cool.” To date, this is his only album.
