John Schroeder (born January 1935, London, England – died 31 January 2017) was an English composer, arranger, orchestra leader, record producer, author, and A&R chief. He gained recognition in 1961 when he won an Ivor Novello Award for co-writing the song "Walkin' Back to Happiness." Additionally, he founded several music labels during his career.
