Johnny Dangerous is a singer, remixer, and R&B or Deep House producer born in Philadelphia and raised in Newark, New Jersey, USA. He began playing the trumpet in grammar school and later performed with the Newark Arts High School Jazz Band and Barringer High School Jazz Band. Additionally, he served as a Drum Major in the Blue Bear Marching Band. Johnny started his career in Newark as a resident DJ at the Carlton Hotel's "Club America" from 1988 to 1990, alongside various other DJs. His most memorable compositions were released on notable labels.
