Johnny Zee, born Tarsame 'Taz' Singh Saini in Coventry on May 23, 1967, was a notable recording artist who emerged in 1989. He was known for his unique blend of Punjabi folk, Hindi, and English music, combined with Western pop influences. His debut release, "Hit The Deck," became one of the best-selling Bhangra fusion albums of all time. Johnny Zee passed away on April 29, 2022.
