Jon B. is an American singer/songwriter and record producer, born on November 11, 1974, in Providence, Rhode Island. He was primarily raised in Pasadena, California. Jon B. eventually met Kenny "Babyface" Edmonds and his wife, Tracy Edmonds, who expressed interest in signing him to their label imprint, Yab Yum Records. He is the brother of unspecified individuals.
