Jonathan Halper is an artist who was active in the 1960s and currently resides in London. In 1968, he recorded a four-song acetate at home with a friend named Tony Brazier. Kenneth Anger took two of Halper's songs, "Leaving My Old Life Behind" and "I Am A Hermit," and included them in his revised version of the film "Puce Moment" in 1971, without Halper's knowledge, as he copied the tracks and sent them back to Halper.
