José González is a Swedish singer, songwriter, and guitarist born on July 31, 1978, in Angered. Of Argentinian descent, he gained international recognition after his cover of the Swedish band's "Heartbeats" was featured in a Sony BRAVIA television advertisement, leading to widespread exposure for his debut album, "Veneer." He has also covered songs such as "Hand On Your Heart" and "Teardrop."
