Jose Padilla was a Spanish DJ born in Barcelona on December 4, 1955. He became a resident at Ibiza's renowned 'Café del Mar' in 1991 and was known for his contributions to ambient music. Padilla passed away on October 18, 2020, in Ibiza after a battle with cancer. Please note that he should not be confused with the classical composer.
