Joyce Wrice is a California-born artist, born in 1992, who began her musical journey by uploading cover videos and sharing tracks on various online platforms. She released her first significant work, the self-released EP "Stay Around," in 2016. Over the following years, Wrice collaborated with artists such as Kay Franklin, Mndsgn, and Jamma-Dee, and toured internationally. Her debut studio album, "Overgrown," was released in 2021 and showcased her nostalgic yet powerful sound across 14 tracks, featuring contributions from Freddie Gibbs, UMI, Masego, Lucky Daye, and others.
