Judith Ravitz, known as Yehudit Ravitz, was born on December 29, 1956, in Be'er Sheva, Israel. She is a renowned rock and pop singer-songwriter, composer, arranger, and music producer. With a career spanning over 40 years, she is considered one of the most successful Israeli rock musicians. In 1977, she performed the song "Forgiveness," with lyrics by an Israeli poet, at the pre-Eurovision contest, finishing in 6th place. However, the song went on to become Israel's "Song of The Year." Ravitz has released more than a dozen solo albums, many of which have achieved gold or platinum status in Israel.
