Kalman Banyak was a Hungarian violinist born in 1927. He was a member of the Budapest Opera and served as a soloist for the Budapest Philharmonic Orchestra until 1956. In 1957, he moved to America and became the first violinist with the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra.
