Kandy Guira is a singer originally from Côte d’Ivoire, where she grew up in the city of Abidjan. She later moved to Burkina Faso with her parents, where she honed her skills in the club and cabaret scene. Kandy first gained recognition as a singer in the Burkinabe music scene and released her debut solo EP, Tek-La-Runda, in 2019.
