Kaoru Inoue is a Japanese electronic DJ and music producer based in Tokyo. He runs a label and has a background as a guitarist in punk rock bands during his high school years and early 20s. In 1989, he discovered acid jazz, which led him to immerse himself in DJ culture. Under the names Kaoru Inoue and others, he has created numerous musical works and remixes, performing at various indoor clubs and outdoor festivals to explore the possibilities of dance music through DJing. Additionally, he formed a minimal acoustic guitar duo with another artist to expand his musicality.
