Kareem is the Founder of Zhark Recordings Berlin and has been delivering heavy, immersive track material since 1996, pushing listeners deep into the auditory abyss. His unique Zharkesthetic aims to create a claustrophobic atmosphere with threatening sound architecture that challenges conventional electronic dance music. Kareem's extensive portfolio includes numerous vinyl releases on Zhark and collaborations with notable industrial techno producers like Ancient Methods and HUREN (Dave Foster). He has also contributed to various projects, including Amélie Ravalec's Techno Documentary "Paris/Berlin: 20 Years of Underground Techno," Perc's 10-year anniversary compilation, and Boomkat's conceptual vinyl series "The Death of Rave." Kareem has performed at major venues such as Berghain, Tresor, and Katharis in Amsterdam, showcasing his dark vision of techno both as a DJ and through intense, long-lasting live sets.
