Kay Ishiguro, known in Japanese as 石黒ケイ (Ishiguro Kei), is a female jazz and pop singer and actress born on March 30, 1958, in Chigasaki, Kanagawa prefecture. She made her record debut in 1977 and retired in 1989. However, she returned to live performances in 2005 and has recorded with various jazz musicians throughout her career.
